MERCHANDISE SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship all orders purchased on shop.blackravenbrewing.com from Portland, OR via UPS Ground. All shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the order you placed, as well as the distance from the facility in Portland. You will see the shipping cost to be charged when your items are placed in your cart, based on your shipping destination.

Typically, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days with UPS Ground and will arrive in 1-5 business days after processing depending on the destination.

We do carry a variety of cool Raven stuff for purchase at our two taproom locations, so if you are local to the Redmond and Woodinville area, feel free to stop and shop there!
